The Role
We are looking for versatile AI engineers who have experience in agentic workflows, orchestrators, and rigorous validation and benchmarking. If you love wearing multiple hats and delivering a new capability end to end, from first prototype to deployment, then you could be a strong fit.
We’re looking for problem solvers who are excited to write high quality software to solve complex challenges with multimodal data. You might spend some of your time prototyping and benchmarking new AI approaches, deploying production AI models, or working with users to understand how the AI systems are driving user value. You will be part of a talented, interdisciplinary engineering team helping build an AI platform from the ground up.
How you will make an Impact
Develop AI systems for regulatory data to ensure accurate and validated interpretations of nuanced requirements, conditions, and constraints
Design, prototype, benchmark, validate and implement robust, end to end production-level software to enable inference, optimization, and other complex AI workflows as part of a SaaS offering
Build scalable, reproducible deployment pipelines for AI services
Work effectively with cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, domain experts and PMs
What you should have
Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience building and deploying AI systems
Experience working with messy and complex real world data sets and applications
Strong python development skills
It’d be great if you also had these
Experience with AI for regulatory data
Experience with AI for 3D data
Experience working in an early stage company with rapidly changing requirements
Base salary range is tiered based on location: $150,000 – $250,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location. Base salary is one part of total compensation.
