About Anori
Anori is an early-stage, venture-backed company building a co-creation platform for the building industry — one project data model with purpose-built surfaces for developers, cities, and (over time) banks and insurers. Our mission is a regenerative built environment: sustainable, attainable building creation for humans and the planet. We’re a small, high-caliber team of AI engineers and domain experts moving fast toward an enterprise-grade product.
Role Overview
Anori is accelerating its market engagement — generating product tests, customer partnerships, and market signals at a high pace. We are looking for a motivated, action-oriented, commercially and analytically minded operator to run the program-management layer of the GTM team and, from that same vantage point, help design where the sales organization goes next.
You will be the operational bridge between executive Operations and the GTM team — owning the day-to-day coordination, systems, cadence, and analytics that keep the commercial and real-estate workstreams running. But this role is far more than coordination.
As the nexus point between operations and GTM you will own the pipeline data and sales ops rhythm, and operate as a genuine thought partner on the forward-looking questions to drive the next stage of the growth at Anori: analyse where the pipeline is strong, where the opportunities are, what capacity we need, and what systems we should build so the team scales without friction.
Core Focus Areas
Sales Operations & Program Management
The nexus of the team. Own CRM management, data cleanliness, sales-analytics infrastructure, automation, process efficiency, and the cadence of recurring GTM meetings. Coordinate contract, partnership, and NDA paperwork end-to-end.
GTM Domain Support & Customer Success
Provide targeted support and structured signal capture across Anori’s GTM channels. Partner with the Head of Customer Success to monitor key health indicators and translate client needs into data-driven insights while owning the development and maintenance of all essential sales collateral and assets.
Revenue Strategy & Analysis
Partner on forward-looking planning: turn pipeline data into capacity models, opportunity analysis, and sales-motion design. Build the analytical foundation — and the systems — that let this role operate at increasing altitude over time.
Detailed Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Program Management
- Ops-to-GTM bridge: Act as the operational liaison between the VP of Operations and the GTM team, ensuring process oversight and alignment on commercial objectives.
- Program & meeting cadence: Support the operational cadence of recurring GTM meetings including reporting, preparation, action tracking, and follow-through. Coordinate meetings with external parties (cities, developers, equity providers) and manage the outreach flow to partners.
- Contract & partnership coordination: Administer the NDA and partnership-paperwork process — tracking status, chasing signatures, and providing the white-glove coordination these external relationships require including contracting workflows.
- CRM management & data cleanliness: Maintain a rigorous standard for CRM data — accurate pipeline tracking, clean customer records, and reliable forecasting inputs. This is the foundation everything strategic is built on.
- Systems & efficiency: Drive implementation of automation and manage the efficiency of sales systems to reduce friction in the sales cycle.
GTM Domain Support & Customer Success
- Customer Success & GTM KPIs: Support the Head of Customer Success as a strategic partner, ensuring a positive customer experience and translating business needs into data-driven insights and monitor customer health indicators, key performance metrics, and potential risks, escalating issues or deviations to the appropriate teams.
- Sales channel ops: Support commercialization for primary targets. Facilitate live customer meetings to capture and structure feedback, and compiling working target lists for review.
- Product Feedback documentation: Maintain a structured feedback loop — what customers ask for, whether it maps to existing capability, whether it recurs across customer types — and document specialized market research.
- Sales Collateral development: Assemble, tailor, and keep current the external-facing decks and module descriptions the GTM team carries into the market, in clear customer-facing language. Own the library of assets to deploy in GTM engagements.
Revenue Strategy & Analysis
- Pipeline analytics: Develop the sales analytics that reveal where the pipeline is healthy, where deals stall, and where the motion breaks — the diagnostic layer that turns CRM hygiene into insight.
- Forward-looking planning: Support translating the pipeline reality into capacity planning, sales-motion design, and org build-out recommendations. Own the analysis and bring a view on the plan — don’t wait to be asked.
- Opportunity analysis: Evaluate the health of active opportunities, identify bottlenecks, and surface where to focus effort for the highest commercial return.
- Systems for scale: Build the operating infrastructure and documentation that lets the sales org scale without depending on any one person being in the room — and that progressively frees this role toward higher-leverage work.
What You Should Have
- 3–5 years in sales/revenue operations, program/project management, or GTM operations; PropTech or real-estate exposure a plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the finesse to manage external relationships; fluent with CRM tools and meeting logistics at pace.
- Genuine analytical capability — comfortable living in pipeline data and drawing your own conclusions from it, not just maintaining it.
- The instinct and confidence to operate autonomously: you bring a point of view, pressure-test the plan, and own outcomes rather than waiting for direction.
- High attention to detail and reliable follow-through, paired with enough commercial instinct to contribute strategic thinking, not just execution.
- Self-directed; thrives in an early-stage, ambiguous environment and brings rigor without bureaucracy.
